Strange issue of Kernel panic when I try to logout:
Temp Solution: Turn off Energy Saver -> Automatic Graphics Switching

Likely the alternate power-saving graphics chip is bad and causing error. I did do a hardware test with no errors. It maybe a corrupted driver but at least for now I no longer get a kernel panic when I log-out.
