Install RDP 8 on Windows 7 with Screen Resize Support

You will need to install these two hotfixes in this order:

1. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2574819

2. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2592687/en-us

Add 'smart sizing:i:1' to the last line of your default.rdp file.
